How to place an order

Step 1.

To place an order, you can create an account on our website if you wish, or make your purchase by selecting the product and payment method and then entering your shipping address.

Step 2.

Select the product and size you wish to purchase and add it to your cart. If you wish to purchase more, click on “Continue shopping” to select more products and add them to your cart. To check sizes, we try to include most of the measurements provided by manufacturers, but we also recommend checking the sizes on the brands’ websites to choose the right size for you.

Please note that we cannot accept returns due to incorrect size, as orders are placed once and shipped from different parts of Asia and Eurasia, making returns difficult.

Step 3.

Review your shopping cart to confirm your order and click “Checkout.” Then, fill in your details correctly and enter your full address information. You must also choose the company with which you wish to receive your order.

Step 4.

Click on “Place order” to complete the process. You will receive a purchase order number.

Step 5.

We will provide you with the tracking number once the items have been ordered or are in our warehouse being prepared for shipment to your address.

How long does delivery take?

As usual, shipping takes between 7 and 16 business days. We also carry out strict quality controls on the products before shipping and ensure that they are well packaged.
